He started to work at the Department of Aquaculture in 2002. He was the leader and manager of the recirculating system by the Jászkiséri Halas Ltd. between 2010 and 2014. He came back to the Department in 2014 where finished his PhD in 2017. He frequently takes part in the management of research and development projects or the educational activity of the department. His main research fields are the development of pond and precision aquaculture, as well as the induced artificial propagation. He is currently the manager of the experimental recirculating facility at the Department of Aquaculture.
