Honors and Awards

During the annual Annual Fisheries and Angler Business Professionals Meeting at Gödöllő, our institute presents an award to a regional specialist working in the field of Aquaculture and fisheries education and research who has contributed lasting work and demonstrated sacrificial activity in the sector.

The laureate is presented with a commemorative piece of pottery (a statue of a fishing man) and a certificate of merit. Additionally, their name is engraved on a plaque located at the Institute which reads: 
"In memory of our predecessors and greats who have enhanced the reputation of Aquaculture and fisheries education and research in Gödöllő"
