Detection and identification of agriculturally and health-relevant microorganisms (mainly microscopic fungi) and performance of antibiotic resistance tests by conventional microbiological methods. Detection, identification, culture and enrichment of mycotoxin-producing strains and analysis of environmental parameters influencing production. Community microbiology investigations in soils, compost and ecosystems provided by crops using traditional methods.
