Ecotoxicological measurement of environmental samples and developing methods for monitoring mycotoxins. Education, development of curriculum: environmental monitoring and environmental biotechnology and molecular base of technological methods. Analytical and biological research of surface and subsurface water on site and in laboratory also. Expert fermentation methods for bacteria, which can degrade hydrocarbons on site. Dealing with site investigation, remediation, compilation of documentations and reports, regular on-site work, research on hydrocarbon decomposing bacteria, biodetoxification of mycotoxins, molecular base of toxicological methods, ecotoxicological measurements and environmental samples and developing methods of monitoring mycotoxins.
